In an effort to provide your organization with the best experience possible, Sourcepoint continually releases new features, updates, and operational issue fixes for our Consent Management Platform (CMP). Below are updates we intend to release today.
In preparation of future work to enable Sourcepoint’s multi-campaign functionality for AMP properties we are updating our wrapper endpoints to first support non multi-campaign properties.
Wrapper - Backend
We plan to shard user consent collection into 13 shards in our backend. The planned work will allow us to provide consent history when looking at end-user’s authId endpoint.
TCFv2 - Backend
Message V2 Preact
We are fixing a GDPR Performance reporting issue for properties that have experienced as misrepresentation of "full opt-in", "legitimate only" and "others" view and user statuses.
We are adding a check to backend calls when creating or updating a vendor list. This fix will check and de-dupe (if necessary) the purpose for a vendor to ensure that a vendor's purpose in the privacy manager accurately reflects the configuration in the vendor list builder
We have identified a limited issue which kept end-users in certain scenarios from being re-messaged and subsequently caused TC Strings with expired dates to be sent. This issue impacted end-users that took a reject-all action on a consent message before September 2020 and is limited to TCF v2 implementations.
