Release Notes May 5th, 2021

In an effort to provide your organization with the best experience possible, Sourcepoint continually releases new features, updates, and bug fixes for our Consent Management Platform (CMP). Below are the most recent updates to CMP:

New

Multi-campaign Setup

Enabling multi-campaign set up simplifies how your organization configures, runs, and reports on different Sourcepoint campaigns. This new way of configuring multiple campaigns introduces campaign prioritization, which allows your organization to decide the order of campaign messages shown to an end-user.

From consent management for regulatory compliance, to anti-adblock messaging, and iOS 14 messaging, all your campaigns will be centralized in one dashboard. There, you may create new campaigns, drag and drop campaigns to change their status and their prioritizations.

Reference our documentation for more information about enabling multi-campaign set up and migrating your properties: Migrate property to multi-campaign

iOS 14.5 messaging

Our new messaging solution for iOS allows your organization to create precise and customizable messaging flows between a pre-prompt, Apple’s tracking message, and your CMP. Using our A/B testing, you’ll be able to see where each consent action is taken in the user journey, identify which scenario performs best, and reconcile consent choices across frameworks. You can also deliver follow-up messages to users who decline tracking and navigate them into their privacy settings.
