Standard Status
Standards can be set to one of three different statuses: Draft, Active, and Inactive. In this article, we will provide a brief summary and the available actions for each status.

Draft

Newly created Standards are saved as Drafts until a user clicks Publish inline with the Standard name. The following applies to all Standards who have a Draft status:
    Can be edited
    Can be deleted
Is not applicable to any Property Set
Is not viewable in the Scoring Results
Once a Standard is moved away from the Draft status it can not be reverted. This limitation also means that once a Standard is moved away from the Draft status it can no longer be deleted.

Inactive

A standard with an Inactive status will have its button underneath the Status column toggle off. The following applies to all Standards who have an Inactive status:
    Can be edited
Can be copied (copy will be saved as Draft)
    Can not be deleted
Is not applicable to any Property Set
Scoring Results can be viewed if the Standard was applied to Property Set while it was still Active and a Scan occurred

Active

A standard with an Inactive status will have its button underneath the Status column toggle on. The following applies to all Standards who have an Active status:
    Can not be edited
Can be copied (copy will be saved as Draft)
    Can not be deleted
Can be applied to any Property Set
Scoring Results for Standard can be viewed
