Testing The Latest Dialogue Code

From time to time, Sourcepoint will update the JavaScript code that powers Dialogue. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements or entirely new features. If you would like to test new features prior to updating to the latest version of the Dialogue messaging library, you can do so by adding the following querystring parameter to the end of the URL on a page with which you want to test _sp_scriptVersion=latest.

For example, if you wanted to test the latest released code on https://www.sourcepoint.com you would go to https://www.sourcepoint.com?_sp_scriptVersion=latest

Note: When you use this parameter, you may see the following error in the developer console.

Uncaught Error: overridden
at messaging.js:1
at messaging.js:1
at HTMLScriptElement.<anonymous> (messaging.js:1)

This error can be ignored. It is generated by the process of replacing the exisiting code on the site with the latest version.
