Manually Add Vendor to GDPR TCF v2 Vendor List
Admin access or Domain access to property (property group) with feature access to vendor list management.
Vendors added to a GDPR TCF v2 Vendor List will populate in the Privacy Manager for any property added to the Vendor List. In this article, we will cover how to add a vendor to an existing GDPR TCF v2 Vendor List.
Vendors can also be added to your Vendor List using Sourcepoint's Vendor Scanning and Categorization feature.
Click GDPR on the top navigation bar and select TCF v2 from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to a Vendor List on the subsequent page and click Edit inline with the Vendor List name.
Click + Add Vendor.
Use the subsequent modal to select vendor(s) from the 3 vendor categories (IAB, Custom, Custom ATP). Click here for more information about the different vendor categories.
Click Add Vendors when finished.
The selected vendors will be added to the Vendor List with legal bases defaulted to your configuration for those vendor categories and/or purposes. See below for more information:
For any given vendor, you can manually edit the legal basis for a purpose that will override the defaults you have configured.
Confirm that the legal bases for all newly added vendors are correct. Click Save to confirm the additions.
