A scenario allows your organization to define the conditions/use cases for when a messaging experience should be presented to an end-user who visits you property. In this article, we will cover how to import an existing scenario into an individual property.
Click Dialogue on the top navigation bar and select a property from the subsequent list.
Select Scenarios from the property navigation bar and click Import in the upper right-hand corner.
From the new panel, select the property from which you are importing the scenario and then choose a scenario to import from the respective dropdown menus.
Click Import Scenario when finished.
