A scenario allows your organization to define the logic that controls when a messaging experience should be presented to an end-user who visits you property. In this article, we will cover how to delete a new scenario for an individual property.
Click Dialogue on the top navigation bar and select a property from the subsequent list.
Select Scenarios from the property navigation bar and expand a scenario from the list
Click the ellipsis inline with the scenario name and select the Delete icon from the dropdown menu.
Confirm the decision to delete the scenario in the subsequent modal. Click Delete.
