Create New Scenario

Admin access or Domain access to property (property group) with feature access to vendor list management.

A scenario allows your organization to define the logic that controls when a messaging experience should be presented to an end-user who visits you property.

In addition to the details configured in the scenario, the message experience surfaced to an end-user will also depend on how your organization assigns the scenario to different partitions within a partition set.

Click Dialogue on the top navigation bar and select a property from the subsequent list.

Select Scenarios from the property navigation bar and and the click New.

Input a name for the new scenario in the provided field and click Create.

A new scenario will be added to the property. You will need to edit the newly created scenario to configure events and steps. Click here to learn more about configuring scenarios.
