Create partition set

Your account will require:

  • Admin access or Domain access to property

  • Feature access to message/scenario partition set management

A partition set allows your organization to divide end-users who visit a property into one or more distinct partitions (groupings) who can receive different messaging scenarios. In this article, we will cover how to create a new partition set with multiple partitions for an individual property.

Click Dialogue on the top navigation bar, select a property or property group from the subsequent list.

Select Partition Sets from property navigation bar.

Click New on the following partition sets page.

Use the Campaign Type dropdown menu in the subsequent modal to select a campaign type to associate with the partition set.

Give your partition set a name in the appropriate field and perform the following for each partition that should be included in the partition set:

  1. Partition name

  2. Partition %

  3. Scenario to which your message belongs

More partitions can be added by clicking on the + icon in the lower left-hand corner. For these additional partitions, please follow steps 1-3 above.

Click Save when finished.
